Small Business Retention and Preservation Program

The Small Business Retention and Preservation Program was created as a means of addressing the critical economic state of Harlem's small businesses. To ensure growth and remediation, HBA will work with Harlem business and community leaders and public and private stakeholders on comprehensive plans of action to address the lack of affordable commercial space and limited access to patient capital.
