| | 125th Street Pilot Retail Incentive Program The 125th Street Pilot Retail Incentive Program is a $750,000 Forgivable Loan Program, created by the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone (UMEZ) in response to certain externalities that may results from the rezoning of 125th Street. The program will target businesses that are being adversely affected by the proposed rezoning, and towards entrepreneurs seeking to take advantage of newly created retail opportunities within the defined boundaries of 125th street.
