The Harlem Business Alliance offers business counseling services on a one-to-one basis to small business owners and entrepreneurs. This wide range of services includes, review and preparation of business plans; creating marketing and sales strategies; preparation of financial statements and projections and bookkeeping; and assisting with the completion of the M/WBE certification application for doing business with the City of New York agencies.
