Free Legal Advice Program
Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, a premier, full-service law firm with offices in New York and Paris, has partnered with HBA to provide pro bono legal advice to Harlem micro-enterprises and small businesses. Under the program, Kramer Levin attorneys will represent micro-enterprises and small businesses in a wide variety of matters, including but not limited to, entity formation and operating issues, lease renewal/negotiation and other real estate matters, tax, intellectual property and employment matters.
